Continuous Improvement Technician
Exploring the crossroads of process improvement, technology, and creative problem-solving. Passionate about building systems that are reliable, human-centered, and future-focused — from homelab experiments and personal servers to automation projects and my Second Brain.
Let's Collaborate →I’m Idi Ooko, a Continuous Improvement Technician and aspiring IT Consultant with a passion for turning ideas into systems that work. Through freelance-style projects and homelab experiments, I’ve been learning how to bridge process improvement with practical technology solutions. My focus is on helping peers and small teams explore what’s possible with Linux, Docker, and automation.
In my professional role, I focus on improving engineering workflows, making processes more efficient and reliable. Outside of work, I apply the same mindset to technology — testing infrastructure in my homelab, experimenting with Docker containers, and refining the concepts I study while pursuing IT certifications and apprenticeships.
At the heart of my projects is my Second Brain — an overthinker’s fixer, like Jarvis for my personal life. Alongside it, I manage a homelab server and a Minecraft hosting environment, both of which give me space to validate DevOps theory in practice. Check out my GitHub and connect with me on LinkedIn if you’d like to collaborate..
I’m always open to connecting with peers, mentors, and teams interested in process improvement, homelab experiments, or creative approaches to technology. Whether it’s building workflows, experimenting with Linux and Docker, or sharing ideas around my Personal Jarvis, I enjoy learning through collaboration.
